                           Terms & Conditions - Consultation and Treatments

i) It is my practice to allow a minimum of 24 hours notice to book, change or cancel any face to face consultation, treatment session or appointment without charge.

Please telephone and speak with me on 07751 485204 or 01933 439655 to cancel your appointment; especially on the day of your appointment.

 

ii) Failure to cancel with sufficient notice (of at least 24 hours), or not attend any consultation, treatment session or appointment with enough notice (in person, verbally or via text) will attract the full charge of the whole session booked.

           

iii) Any appointment made in person, verbally, via text or email with less than 24 hours before your consultation makes you obliged to attend your appointment; forfeiting your right to cancel.  

 

iv) Exceptional circumstances for non-attendance, we all have those emergencies - PHONE ME ASAP! 

All I ask is that every patient and client is honest with me and I will be fair when there are exceptional circumstances for non-attendance. The best way of resolving an appointment issue is to contact me as soon as you can BY PHONE.

 

v) Payment for all consultations or individual treatment sessions must be paid on the day of an appointment or at least 48 hours in advance of any pre-booked individual appointment, consultation or treatment session. Payment can be made by Cash, BACs or Cheque.

 

vi) All Block bookings, Treatment programmes or Meridian Therapies Telephone consultations must be paid 48 hours before your booked appointment time and date.

                                        All Treatment programmes or Block bookings of 4, 8 or 12 weeks run concurrently.

 

vii) All consultations, treatment sessions or bookings are automatically cancelled 10 minutes after the start of the booked appointment time (& date) with non-attendance.

 

viii) All herbal prescriptions must be paid for at the time of consultation.

Delay in payment of your herbal prescription will delay ordering it from the supplier and it being sent to your home or designated address. Credit is unavailable to anyone.

 

ix) The dealings of Herbal Spirit including the application of these Terms & Conditions are at all times subject to the Law of England and Wales, the Courts of which will have sole jurisdiction in all matters pertaining.

 

Terms & Conditions of Herbal Supply

i) All herbal prescription prices are correct at the time of quotation.

However, Herbal Spirit reserves the right to change prices due to fluctuating market costs of herbs. Prescription prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of this you will be notified of any price changes in advance.

ii) Every effort is made to supply the best quality herbal materials for prescriptions. In the search to improve current herbal products and develop new items, there may be the occasional need to substitute a herbal item with an alternative. 

 

iii) Postage and packing is applied to all orders that need to be sent to an address.

Normally, carriage will be via 1st class Royal mail or Courier; this is subject to the carrier changing their prices. Timed delivery by carrier is available at additional cost.

 

iv) For supply of all Herbal prescriptions, payments must be made with your order in British Pounds Sterling. Payment can be made using Cash in person, PayPal or by UK Crossed Cheque. When paying by cheque, no prescription is ordered until payment has cleared. No herbal prescriptions or products will be ordered without prior payment.

 

v) ANY bespoke herbal prescription or product is commissioned for supply to you solely, and is exempt from refund of monies. This is in accordance with Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (exceptions to refunds). Herbal prescriptions are personalised to benefit your well-being only.

vi) ANY single herbal tinctures or herbal products commissioned to be supplied through Herbal Spirit are exempt from refund of monies; this is in accordance with Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (exceptions to refunds)

Please give the correct order details at the time of order through letter or email with your name and full address for dispatch of order. Orders given orally need written confirmation (email, text or correspondence) prior to ordering.

 

vii) Any duties or taxes payable in your country are your responsibility.

viii) The dealings of Herbal Spirit including the application of these Terms & Conditions of Supply are at all times subject to the Law of England and Wales, the Courts of which will have sole jurisdiction in all matters pertaining.
